If you notice or are informed of an error with survey data entered by a study participant or site staff, contact the site. The site can change participant ID associations and event datetimes in SiteVault, or they can visit Changing ePRO Data in SiteVault Help to download a data change request form and email it to Veeva.
Note: Only site administrators or site staff can request data changes. Requests submitted by sponsor staff won’t be processed.
