# Using Site Addresses in Site Connect
Site Connect allows you to create and manage study-specific addresses for study sites with the _Study Site Address_ (`study_site_address__v`) object. Site Staff in Site Connect can add or request changes to _Study Site Addresses_ that you can review and approve.
## Creating Study Site Addresses
Sponsors, CROs, and Site Staff can create _Study Site Address_ (`study_site_address__v`) records with Site Connect. You can create [_Study Site Addresses_ records in Vault](/en/lr/899121/) while Site Staff can create _Study Site Address_ records as _Site Addresses_ in Site Home. When Site Staff create a _Study Site Address_, the Site user must either select or request a new [USN](/en/lr/973499/).
## Approving Site Address Change Requests
If an Admin [configures the _Site Address Change Request_ workflow](/en/lr/895401/),
you must approve or reject the requested changes Site Staff make to _Site Address_ records in Site Home. Any changes Site Staff make to _Site Address_ records in Site Home populate into the _Change Request Details_ field on the corresponding _Study Site Address_ record in Vault.
When you select a _Study Site Address_ record with requested changes, Vault populates the data from the _Change Request Details_ field into the _Site Change Request_ section of the record and displays the _Current Address_ and the _Proposed Address_ containing the requested changes.
Once you review the requested changes to the _Study Site Address_ record, you can approve or reject the requested changes. Vault updates the _Study Site Address_ record in Vault and the corresponding _Site Address_ record in Site Home when you approve the requested changes.
