In some Vaults, the sharing rules differ between the lifecycle roles that use the same application role. Although this will not cause any problems currently, it may cause migration failures when Vault releases features in the future. If this is the case in your Vault, you’ll see warnings in the lifecycle role Sharing Rules tab (Admin > Configuration > Document Lifecycles).
In these situations, we recommend that you revise your sharing rules so that all lifecycle roles with the same application role also have the same sharing rules. It can be difficult to compare rules because they’re defined within the document lifecycle. To make it easier for you to compare and reconcile rules, you can use the Export configuration summary for sharing rules action from Admin > Settings > Security Settings. This exports a CSV file showing all sharing rules for every document lifecycle role that uses Dynamic Access Control, as well as the lifecycle role’s mapped application role.
