You can create and manage study-specific addresses for Study Sites using the Study Site Address (study_site_address__v
) object.
Configuration Overview
- Add the Study Site Addresses related object section to Study Site page layouts.
- Optional: Configure validation rules for Study Site Addresses.
Note: Admins must complete additional configuration when using Study Site Addresses in Site Connect.
Configuring Validations on Study Site Address
You may have instances where downstream systems, such as IRT/RTSM systems, require specific addresses that are shorter than the addresses Vault provides. For example, IP Shipment Addresses going to a shipping depot.
For these cases, Study Site Addresses support validation rules. Vault displays the configured validation rules when users make changes to Study Site Address records that do not satisfy the validation rules. We only recommend configuring validation rules when downstream systems require them.
